The true outcomes - the projects you saved, the customer accounts you rescued, the real human language you use to describe what you do - are all lost because there's not a space to hold them.

Navigating a successful career, educational venture, personal project or need, or offering help to your community requires knowing exactly where you stand right now. Doing this in a volatile market is even more vital.

Our project acts as your personal capability compass, completely changing how you track and communicate your skills.

For this initial cohort, we are focusing exclusively on Phase 1: Orienteering, determining your precise ground-truth baseline by building a comprehensive, multi-dimensional view of your capabilities.

We do this by unifying four data streams: professional, educational, volunteer, and personal.

Because this orienting phase relies entirely on human curation and foundational coaching from our founders, spaces are strictly limited to 10 individuals from our immediate network. If there's further interest we'll open up a second cohort.

We Architect Your Profile

Our team will process your language, strip away corporate polish, and connect your skills to clear evidence records. As soon as we are done we'll send you a way to review it in your own time in prep for our trajectory review.

Bi-Weekly Trajectory Reviews

Twice a month, we'll ask for 15-30 minutes of your time. This advisory session can be done via email, video chat, IM. We'll show your capability profile, how your skills have mapped to competency and help uncover any hidden skills or pathways.
